On the 12th.June An Announcement by the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly, Gavin Short MLA, said that a Referendum would be held early next Year.

Liberation Day,2012 one of the coldest for some time.
Following the usual Ceremonies I took a group Photo of the 1982 Volunteers who assisted British Forces with Logistical help,by moving Ammunition,Fuel,water,Food etc,even some casualty evacuations.

On the 15th.June a Reception for Reflection was held in the Town Hall
some 206 folk attended including 23 Veterans.Images from that event have also been included in the Liberation Day Gallery.
